THE FOUNDER
Our Founder, JS Hong, is the CEO of Standard Rich. His professional experience includes working at Dow Chemical Pacific Ltd for over 12 years, 8 years (1970-1978) as Resident Manager in Korea and 4 years (1978-1982) as Marketing Manager in Hong Kong for Performance Chemical Products for the Pacific Areas. JS worked for Rinnai Korea for 2 years (1982-1984) as a Trading Director.
In 1985 JS decided to launch his own chemical trading business in Hong Kong as the Chinese market was opening. He is a chemist and holds a MBA in Economic Planning from Yonsei University, Korea.
